Hexagonal Boron Nitride

Hexagonal boron nitride is a kind of advanced ceramic material. Its microstructure is flaky and its molecular structure is hexagonal crystal. Hexagonal boron nitride has very special and excellent physical and chemical properties. It has very good thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, chemical corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It can withstand up to 1000℃ in air, and up to 2000℃ in inert gas and vacuum. After reaction sintering at high temperature of 2000℃, the crystalline boron nitride has stable chemical and physical properties and excellent thermal conductivity (single crystal thermal conductivity is about 250-300W/mk). At present, the company produces single crystal flake crystalline powder of 500 nanometer-20 microns and nanoscale spherical boron nitride.

애플리케이션

Hexagonal boron nitride is favored by the electronic industry because of its rare conditions of high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation performance. Domestic and foreign electronic manufacturers have conducted large-scale application research in thermal conductive plastics, semiconductor packaging and filling, LED heat dissipation packaging, etc. It has excellent performance in some traditional metal smelting, casting, special lubricating oil, glass industry and other boron nitride industries.
