Hydrogenated Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber is a highly saturated special elastomer produced by catalytic hydrogenation of NBR. It retains the outstanding oil resistance of NBR while greatly improving heat resistance, ozone resistance and anti-aging performance.

Temperature Resistance:Continuous service temperature: -55℃ ~ 170℃, short-term peak up to 180℃.
Fluid & Chemical Resistance:Excellent resistance to gasoline,diesel,engine oil, transmission fluid, R134a refrigerant, weak acid/alkali and H₂S sour gas.
Aging & Sealing Performance:Fully saturated backbone provides outstanding ozone, UV and thermal aging resistance; low compression set ensures long-term leak-free sealing.
Mechanical & Dynamic Performance:High tensile strength, tear resistance, abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance.

Safety Protection
Storage area shall be cool, dry and ventilated, storage temperature controlled at 5~25℃ with relative humidity less than 70%. Keep away from light and direct UV radiation.
