Our iron oxide desulfurizer serves as an efficient gas purification medium, formulated with iron oxide as the main active substance plus customized accelerators. At temperatures from 20°C up to 100°C, it boasts excellent hydrogen sulfide scavenging capacity, alongside a measurable treatment effect on mercaptan organic sulfur and the majority of nitrogen oxides.

Our iron oxide desulfurizer is a columnar solid dry desulfurizing adsorbent with ferric oxide as active component, working stably at 5–130℃ for deep hydrogen sulfide removal. It achieves ultra-high desulfurization precision down to 0.05ppm outlet H2S with large working sulfur capacity up to 45%.

The series of products mainly includes two models:HR508 type iron oxyhydroxide desulfurizer and R706 type iron oxide desulfurizer.This Product,with its simple supporting equipment,convenient operation,high desulfurization efficiency,low bed layer resistance,strong adaptability,fast desulfurization speed,high sulfur capacity and no secondary pollution,is widely used in precision desulfurization units in industries such as fertilizers,oil refining,petrochemicals,coking,metallurgy, textiles,chemical fibers,light industry,military industry,electronics,environmental protection,etc.It is particularly effective in removing H2S from gases such as coke oven gas,semi-water gas,refinery dry gas,natural gas,LNG(liquefied natural gas),LPG(liquefied petroleum gas),coalbed methane, oilfield associated gas,and biogas.

Application & Desulfurization Mechanism

Iron oxide desulfurizer relies on physical adsorption to trap sulfur-containing compounds inside its porous structure for gas purification. Once saturated with sulfides, its desulfurization capacity will fail, and steam stripping can be adopted for regeneration.
Long-term service will gradually reduce its activity because internal pores get blocked by impurities. Spent desulfurizer can be recycled to recover its active iron oxide components. This product is manufactured with ferric oxide as the primary active ingredient, compounded with multiple catalysts and porous carriers.
