Phthalocyanine Cobalt Desulfurization Catalyst
The Phthalocyanine Cobalt Desulfurization Catalyst (PDS-HY type cobalt phthalocyanine desulfurization catalyst) can efficiently remove H₂S from various gases,with a desulfurization efficiency of over 99%.Meanwhile,it also has the function of removing organic sulfur,with a removal rate of 50%to 80%.It is widely used in industries such as coking,chemical fertilizer production,metallurgy,oil refining,petrochemical engineering,and biogas.
This catalyst maintains excellent stability below 95℃,has good solubility in ammonia water and alkaline solutions,and does not decompose in acidic or alkaline media.It is highly convenient to use,with simple solution ratio and easy operation.Meanwhile,it possesses multiple performance advantages:including high catalytic activity,low dosage and low consumption,which can effectively reduce operating costs.Additionally,it has a low rate of side reaction formation,the precipitated sulfur particles are large and easy to separate,which can significantly reduce the content of suspended sulfur in the solution.In addition,this catalyst is safe and environmentally friendly,non-toxic,does not corrode equipment,and can also inhibit and eliminate sulfur blockage,achieving the effect of cleaning the tower and reducing resistance.
