This zinc oxide desulfurizer series consists of three mature models: HY306-G high-temperature type, HY310-C normal-temperature type, and standard T305 type. Manufactured with high-activity zinc oxide and special additives through refined processes, it can efficiently convert and absorb organic sulfur including COS and CS₂. The product features wide temperature adaptability, high desulfurization precision, large sulfur capacity, high mechanical strength, excellent water vapor resistance and long service life, providing reliable catalyst protection for various industrial gas systems.
This series of products mainly includes three models:HY306-G high-temperature 、HY310-C normal-temperature,and T305 type zinc oxide desulfurizer.Zinc oxide desulfurizer takes active zinc oxide as the main component,is added with special components,refined through a special processing technology.It has the ability to convert and absorb organic sulfur such as COS and CS₂ , and can operate efficiently at normal or low temperatures.It is mainly used in fine desulfurization devices for natural gas,synthetic ammonia,hydrogen production,petroleum refining,synthetic gas, liquid hydrocarbons,etc.It features a wide operating temperature range,high desulfurization precision,high purification degree,high sulfur capacity,high mechanical strength,long service life, and resistance to high water vapor ratio.
This series of zinc oxide desulfurizers is specially developed for fine desulfurization across multiple industrial scenarios, including coke oven gas, coal gas, blast furnace gas, refinery gas and LNG purification, as well as ammonia synthesis, coal-to-gas conversion and general chemical gas treatment.
Our zinc oxide desulfurizers are engineered for rapid H₂S adsorption and deep purification without generating harmful byproducts or residual salts. They are especially well-suited for hydrogenation systems, catalyst protection units, and shift reaction sections.
Suitable for use in gas streams with H₂S concentrations from 0.1% to 15%, and pressures from 0.1 to 10 MPa, including complex mixtures containing CO₂, light hydrocarbons, and organic sulfur compounds.
Product application:
Suitable for normal and low-temperature fine desulfurization, it is widely used in natural gas, synthetic ammonia, hydrogen production, petroleum refining, coal syngas and liquid hydrocarbon purification.
